Historical evolution

On September 22, 2003, the 15th executive meeting of the Chongqing Municipal Government reviewed the “Chongqing Wangjiatun . From 2003 to 2004, Chongqing decided to name the proposed Wangjiatun Yangtze River Bridge as the Hongyan Yangtze River Bridge. 2018, the Chongqing Rail Transit Line (the Chaotianmen Yangtze River Bridge Section) 2019, the bridge was announced by the China Construction Industry Association as “100 classic projects for 40 years of reform and opening up”.
